Abstract
This paper is a bibliographic review about the importance and benefits of TIC’s implementation for XXI century education, and the function performed by virtual learning objects (OVA), with Scratch, in the development of the teaching and learning processes. Additionally, it pretends to highlight the previous elements as supporting tools for the development of cognitive, communicative and programming skills –necessary for the students in the actual society, and the design of spaces for the practice of an innovative, collaborative and integral learning– that break with the traditional paradigms of education.
