https://cun.metarevistas.org/index.php/negonotas/article/view/1038

Introduction: San José de Cúcuta, due to its border condition, is established as an important trade center. It is currently affected by an economic crisis that directly impacts the footwear sector. Objective: To analyze the accounting information system of the companies in the footwear sector of San José de Cúcuta for the year 2024 to evaluate its adequacy to the needs of the changing environment and propose improvements that would contribute to efficiency and effectiveness in strategic decision-making.Method: A quantitative methodology is adopted using a transactional design that includes exploratory and descriptive phases. A questionnaire was used to analyze the accounting information systems of ten companies active in the region. Results: Although some businesses use advanced applications such as SIIGO and TNS, they still rely heavily on manual methods and spreadsheets. This scenario suggests incomplete technological integration and a need for further training in modern accounting technologies. Conclusions: The data highlight the need to modernize and standardize accounting processes to improve financial efficiency in the footwear sector in Cúcuta. Therefore, integrated systems should be implemented to increase training in modern technologies. In addition, periodic audits and advanced information security practices must be established. The creation of a training portal and an inter-company support network will facilitate the transition to advanced technological solutions, improving the sector's decision-making and sustainability. Empirical Contribution: The study's results are important because they reveal critical deficiencies in the accounting information systems of companies in the footwear sector in San José de Cúcuta. These deficiencies highlight their inability to adapt to rapid economic changes and their lack of accurate and timely financial information.
Verusca GelvezKaren Michel Sayago RozoRolando Eslava-ZapataEdgar José Gómez-Ortiz

https://cun.metarevistas.org/index.php/negonotas/article/view/1040

Using data and information from an investigation about absenteeism in a public organization, an analysis of human behavior was carried out under the complexity paradigm. Analysis that provided random indices of frequency, intensity and excitement-motivation of work escape or avoidance behavior as a psychological expression of absenteeism, which were inputs for the solution based on Lyapunov functions. Concluding that, not only the extraversion dimension of personality is an initial condition associated with absenteeism, but also the escape or work avoidance behavior contingent on human management, also associated with performance evaluation and job satisfaction. Although, the sensitivity of absenteeism with respect to the initial conditions does not predict iterative fluctuations inducing states of disequilibrium that come to destabilize the coupled system Worker – Absenteeism – Organization.
Alfredo de Jesús Campbell SilvaHernán David Romero ReyesJulieth Dayanna Londoño ToledoHeidy Yaneth Triana García

https://cun.metarevistas.org/index.php/negonotas/article/view/1041

Conflict resolution in organizations is a critical aspect to ensure a healthy work environment, productivity, and long-term sustainability. This article examines the main trends and psychosocial tools applied in the mediation and strategic management of workplace conflicts. Through a literature review, approaches such as mediation, psychosocial conflict management, training in negotiation skills, customization of strategies, and the use of digital technologies in resolution processes are analyzed. The study emphasizes the importance of adopting an interdisciplinary perspective that combines psychosocial elements with strategic organizational practices to transform conflicts into opportunities for learning and strengthening work relationships. In the current context, characterized by generational and cultural diversity, digitalization of work, and increasing attention to psychosocial factors, these tools emerge as effective and adaptable solutions in different environments. The findings highlight the need to customize strategies according to the internal dynamics of each organization, promoting a culture of collaboration, empathy, and respect as the foundation for sustainable conflict prevention and management.
Emanuel José Maldonado
